I. GUIDELINES TO FILL UP THE INTERMEDIATE REGISTRATION FORM ONLINE
Following is required to fillup the online registration form:
1. OFSS Reference Number
2. Email id
3. Mobile no
4. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB
5. Scanned signature in JPG format under 20 KB
6. Scanned 10th Marksheet in JPG format under 100 KB
7. Scanned 10th Registration Card in JPG format under 100 KB
8. Scanned 10th Migration Certificate (In case of Other Board) in JPG format under 100 KB
9. Online Transfer/NEFT/RTGS with use of BHIM, Google Pay, Phone pay, Paytm etc. the link provided after submission of all required documents.
II. ONLINE INTERMEDIATE REGISTRATION PROCESS
The online registration process will have following 9 (Nine) steps:
Step 1: Visit the official website of Mahant Darshan Das Mahila College, Muzaffarpur www.mddmcollege.ac.in
Step 2: Please click on "Intermediate Registration 2020-22" button given on the home page.
Step 3: When you click the link you will be shown a "Register for Intermediate Registration 2020-22" form asking for various details.
Step 4: On successful submission of information, you will also receive an e-mail on the e-mail ID provided by you in the Registration Form.
Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.
Step 6: Online Transfer/NEFT/RTGS with use of BHIM, Google Pay, Phone pay, Paytm etc. the link provided after submission of all required documents.
Step 7: Please submit, the Payment UTR/Ref. Number and upload the payment receipt in JPG format.
Step 8: Download Filled Registration Form.
Step 9: Keep your documents with payment slip for future document verification.
